Is there any way to get automatic notification when my post has a reply?

I believe some boards have that option. It would save me from checking often to see if anyone has an answer to my support questions..

The quick answer is yes.

The longer answer is that there are many different types of automated notification you can get from the board.
Click on the "Profile" button that appears near the top right of the page.
On the left side of the page under "Modify Profile", click on the "Notifications and Email" link.
Go nuts ...   ;-)
