iSigth Firewire camera

Does anyone have an iSight camera suitable for an older Power Book (or know of a place that might have them)?

I'm curious, could you use a USB webcam or is USB 1 too slow? I have a Mac mini that works well with a USB webcam that I got at Best Buy, just search DX-WEB1C on their website, it's inexpensive and doesn't seem to need any drivers to work with 10.4.
