1 - Email lockout caused by interactions among devices  -  with Neil Herber
Neil is a tenor in the Lee Hayes VOX Virtual Choir https://www.leehayesvox.com/ and he offered to help a fellow singer who was receiving some but not all of her choir related emails.  She has three Apple devices, an iPad, iPhone and Macbook, and Bell Canada is her Internet Service Provider.  After first confirming that Gmail should be enabled on all of her devices, they received the dreaded "The password you are using for this account has been compromised and should be changed."  This then led to an Alice and Wonderland Down the Rabbit Hole experience of unexpected twist and turns which you can follow in the Zoom recording.  The examples are specific to Bell but could happen with any of the service providers.
