Price reflects minor dings from minor use. 
Corners are not dented and only surface damage on the casing.  Case is also showing signs of warpage 
One dead pixel near the middle of the screen
All cosmetic damage does not affect performance. 

For $150 more, you can get 1GB of ram. 
Stock 256MB   512MB   1GB.  Max Capacity however is 1.25GB.
