Need 512 MB stick of RAM for my G3 iBook

I am looking to upgrade my 700 MHz  G3 iBook. Looking for 512 MB, 144-pin, 1.25" SDRAM SO-DIMM

I'm hoping someone out there is moving up from 512, and would have a stick for sale.

Also looking to upgrade my 30 gig hardrive to 60 or 80 gigs.

One can be ordered from the uOttawa computer store, I got mine for $160 (Ordered through Kingston RAM). It's pricey but if you have a G3 iBook like me, it's well worth the upgrade - plus the maximum RAM capacity on them is 640MB altogether (unless someone knows of a way to put in a 1G RAM stick in there).
