Why does the password recovery system not work?

It DOES work.  But...

If you have forgotten your password for this board, you can request a reset and the system will email you a reset link. HOWEVER, it uses the email address that is on file with your user ID, and if your email address has changed or has been closed, you will never get the reset.

If you try the reset link and get no email response (allow an hour or two) then email webmaster@mugoo.com providing enough details to identify your account.

If your account has been inactive for a long time, it may have been removed, in which case the reset cannot work. Again, simply request a new account from webmaster@mugoo.com .
