Mac Pro SCSI?

I have a 2007ish mac pro and an external scsi hard drive I'd like to be able to write files to.  Does anyone know if there are any scsi cards that will still work with OS 10.11.6?  I bought the computer recently for a few hundred so I'm hoping that I don't need to pay an arm and a leg for something. Thanks
