looking for ibook, at least g3 800, 15"

I'm new to this place. I'm looking for an ibook, g3 or g4, + or = 800mhz , with lots of necessary software (like office software) to get it up and running, and also the stuff needed to get it, and to keep it up and running.  I'm willing to blow like $650.  also, an rj45 cable, included, would be nice.
