kontakt player 2

Hi,
I'm a newbie both with this group and with Macs.
I have to support 10 MacBooks which use the software Finale 2008.

One of the users here created a musical partition using Finale 2008 which requires KontaktPlayer2.
But it's not an option available in "AU setup".
When Finale 2008 was installed, Garritan Instruments pkg was also installed (which I think also installs Kontakt player 2.  I think.)  Anyway there is something in /Application/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ called  "KontaktPlayer2.component".
But there is a little red circle with a - in it. (ie: not available.)

Now, I want to know, is there a way to load this "player", if so I need step by step instructions.  Remember I'm a newbie!

I've tried asking Finale for information but I"m still waiting... so I decided to ask people that might be already using this.
