Completely operational B&W G3 (400 MHz, 384 MB RAM, 2 x 6 GB hard drive, 32 MB Rage Pro video, DVD drive):

This is the second revision of the B&W so the on-board IDE controller is fixed (up to 120 GB hard drives). It'll take up to 2 GB RAM.
