It's the same deal. I just bought it through the MacHeist link.
It actually refers back to the MacUpdate link.
It doesn't look like you have to purchase a MacUpdate membership.
My bill just says $49.99 (USD)
I didn't get any receipt/invoice showing I had to pay $20.
