hi , wondering if the dvd drive is a superdrive?, Is the monitor a mac monitor? . Would you sell just the system ?don't see an email.
thanks.

Even if it doesn't have a Superdrive (which I believe it doesn't), you should be able to drop in a compatible drive from LG, which might be better than any of the Superdrives that Apple would have shipped in their machines at that time.
I haven't installed mine yet, but around town you can buy an OEM LG GSA-4163B burner for about $60.
I picked up mine at Sprint Computer http://www.sprintcomputer.com , and the white/beige coloured model is actually retail boxed. (if you get the black one, it's a bare drive.) I checked out: http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ and their reader feedback reports seem to indicate compatibility with the G4 towers.
The LG drive is a up to a 16x DVD writer, does DVD +/- R/RW, and DVD-RAM writing too, as well as being a 40x/24x/40x CD-RW
I love G4 tower architecture.
Now to find time to do the install...
