I had to shut down and re-boot after installing a new printer driver.  My MacBook Pro is frozen.  The cursor won't move.  I let the battery exhaust, hoping I'd then be able to initiate a fresh start, but when I plug in power, I'm back to the same frozen screen.  HELP PLEASE!!
