Would some kind soul know how to make an rss feed for the web or explain to me how to make one. I have been trying right now for days and Ihave some knowledge on how to do one but can't seem to figure out where I am going wrong as they don't seem to work. can anyone help me !!  I am frustrated beyond being frustrated. I downloaded a programm seems to wok but I think I am tping in the wrong links or urls!!

need help please anyone! I have lloked at the internet and even e-mailed people for help on their sites but no one responds!
