Hello,

I have recently been using Mail alot and it has suddenly stopped working.
It starts up normally then freezes but still shows as if trying to load the messages. It's not .mac because I looked at their site.
I have reinstalled mail and it's still not fixed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Press command-period to stop Mail from trying to connect, or wait until it finally gives up. To the right of  the problem mailbox's icon you will see a little circular icon. Click that icon and a message should pop up telling you whats wrong with your connection or account. Tell us what it says and we can help narrow it down...

Thanks for the help, It was having a very small connection problem that I fixed by clicking a new message link which forced mail to open and remain open.
