Quicksilver Power Mac G4 upgraded with a PowerLogix 1.8GHz G4
- 19" Viewsonic G790 CRT display
- 1 GB RAM
- 120GB + 40GB == 160GB hard drives
- 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 Pro AGP -- does dual display in one card -- http://www.ati.com/products/radeon9800/radeon9800prome/index.html
- Pioneer 8x DVD-RW dual layer (DVR-108 -- same as the SuperDrive)
- Apple keyboard and Apple optical mouse
- USB Bluetooth adapter
- 4 free PCI slots
- gigabit ethernet, modem, yada yada yada
- Max OS X 10.4 installed, will include original install DVD

I'll also throw in the original 733MHz G4 card and the original 32MB GeForce2MX AGP video card since I have no use for them. I think I even have the original 128MB DIMM that shipped with it too.

System is in great condition and is a real horse.  This machine will run everything (other than Boot Camp, of course)!  Moved to a MacBook so I don't see much need for it anymore.  Because of all the recent upgrades I'm looking for somewhere around $750, make me an offer.

I'm located in Ottawa and I can hand-deliver the machine to anywhere reasonably close.

Price lowered to $700!

You won't get this much machine for this cheap... The video card alone still sells for $150 on eBay!

How does one contact you.
I don't see an email address or phone no.

pbelanger

send me a private message on here and I'll respond.. I'm a little paranoid when it comes to putting my email address on public web sites

Do you want to sell your system to Greater Toronto Area? I don't need the monitor, will it be easier?

pbelanger

I'd be fine with the GTA... It's too bad about the timing, I was there last weekend and could have brought it.

I should be going back to Toronto 2 weekends from now, so I could possibly bring it then.  It's fairly heavy so shipping it would be kind of expensive, I think (even without the monitor).

Am interested. How can I reach you? pmadely@rogers.com   613-726-7557

sorry, it's tentatively sold... I'll post back here if that falls through, but it seems unlikely

thanks
