• docs.google.com <-- also has links to Take a Tour... and to obtain Google aka gmail account if you don't already have one.
  
  


• Your friends or family need gmail.com addresses (free!) in order for you to share or collaborate on Google Apps docs with them. e.g. an itinerary for a family trip, your club's minutes, or your manuscript of The Great Canadian Novel...
  
  


• Until Safari is fully-supported, consider using the Firefox browser: mozilla.com
  
  


• If the Google App doc that you wish to share or collaborate on is a complicated document or spreadsheet, consider creating it initially in MS Word or Excel, and then uploading the .doc or .xls file to Google Apps.
