Mac volunteer opportunity

Went to pick up my dsl modem at the National Capital Freenet office at the Carlton University
yesterday. The help line is run by volunteers who have no knowlege about Macs. They don't even have a Mac on site, as far as I can see.They asked me if i could help them out but as I told them, I'm more likely to be asking for help than giving it, being still new to Macs. Also, the hours, from 10 am to 1pm wouldn't work out anyway.
Anyone willing to help out can give them a call.
