Good Morning to all
I have two VHS's and i would like to transfer the contents onto DVD.
I have gone to two different places and it would cost me an arm and a leg.
Anyone have under solutions.
Thank you for your help and information

If you want to do it yourself, Carbon Computing had a device, sometime back, that converted analogue video to digital. Otherwise, I have a Somewhat similar machine, made by HP, I can let you borrow but it only works with a PC.

I use a DVD player/recorder that is hooked up to my TV along with a VHS tape player. This allows me to burn the VHS tape contents onto a DVD using the record function of the DVD player/recorder. I realize that DVD player/recorders are hard to find these days.

One note of caution (if you don't already know this): if the VHS recording is of poor or even of medium quality, it will look OK on an analog TV but terrible on a flat panel HD TV.

I just bought an Elgato USB thing, if you still want someone to transfer them, drop me a message and we can figure something out. :)
