Looking for: Tiger OS - retail . Will purchase. please help if you can

If anyone out there has the retail installation discs for OS X tiger. I am in desperate need. looking to purchase from anyone who might own a copy.  Put the $$$ towards a new gadget:)  This is a legal sale.  see license agreement.

I have been gifted an Itouch, and cannot even charge it on my eMac running 10.2.8.  been sitting on my desk for weeks.
     any and all help is appreciated.   Many thanks.

does anyone else find it dissapointing that if our OS is even a slight bit out of date. We cannot even use an ipod?
