IBook G4 12'' Parts for sale

I have two old IBook G4's that aren't functioning and have no desire to repair them. On one the screen is cracked and the other one's logic board gave out. One is the early 2004 issue (screen) and the other is the mid-2005 issue (logic).

Batteries, ram, keyboards, one working screen, the shells, fans, and all the internal are fine. If anyone wants them to strip and use for parts I'm happy to get rid of them. The RAM can go for 200 CDN on Ebay so I'm thinking I'd be willing to sell both bodies together for 340 or separate for 175.

Frankly, I just want to get rid of them so if you'd like to offer a different amount I'm absolutely open to it.

I also have a G4 Airport extreme card I'm trying to pass off. 50 bucks or so seems to be the going rate these days.

Do you still have these laptops and if so, are you interested in selling the ram chip only and if so what is the size of the DIMM. My daughter has an iBook G4 which could use some additional RAM memory.
