Nostalgic for the early 1990s? If so, this laptop is for you!

It is being sold as is. The reason why: This laptop is in excellent shape. However, by some mistake the operating system software was erased. As well, I threw out the original system software, not knowing my son had erased everything! So the new owner will have to install operating software – System 6.0.8L to 7.5.5. When you turn it on now, the smiling face does appear, you just can't do anything.

The PowerBook is being sold as is for $20.

The laptop comes with power cord, separate disk drive and a padded Targus carrying case.

Give me a shout here or at edwinnavb@hotmail.com

A few facts: This was the first PowerBook with SCSI Disk Mode, which allowed desktop users with a special cable to connect the PowerBook and use it as an external drive. Another very nice feature, for those with enough memory (the PB 100 supports up to 8 MB), is a persistent RAM Disk. You can load the system into RAM Disk and boot from it. The PowerBook 100 only supports up to 8 MB of RAM and only functions in 24-bit mode. The screen is black and white NOT colour.
