Looking for OS 10.4 (Tiger)

looking for a used retail copy of OS 10.4 (Tiger) software for a G4 Mac.  Have been advised that it has to be the black discs (not the grey discs).

Will pick up in Ottawa area

I only have OS 9.1 so can't help with newer version
