I've been using an online training resource called Lynda.com for over a year now and for $25. a month you can access a wide variety of training in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and much more at your own pace by viewing QuickTime movie tutorials. The courses are geared for all skill levels.
