Which is the Best Full-Service Mac Retailer?

I'm looking to buy a 1.42GHz Mac mini to test a custom business application on for my business.  I could just buy a loaded configuration from the Apple Canada Store for $1000 but I'd prefer to buy off of a local retailer if they are knowledgeable and provide good service - especially if they can provide potential consulting for some of the more advanced compatibility, networking and other issues.  Many of you here in MUGOO have experience with knowledgeable retailers, which would you suggest?  I would prefer someone who really *knows* Macs, as opposed to just sells them.

I'm looking for mac games, with out having to order them from amazon or where ever.. specifically The Sims 2,, when it  is released for macs ina  few months.. and most of the places i've checked out such as the mac group and compusmart wont have it...any ideas?
