Hi,

I am looking into buying an Apple 20inch Cinema display. I have found one priced at 500$. What do you guys think? Should I go with that or buy on of Dell's 24 inches wide screen displays when they come on sale. It seems to me that Dell has many sales during the year, and you can often get a good price for a very good quality LCD.

I'd say 500 is a pretty good price for the 20". The 20" Dell ones for for $399 and the 24" ones go for $850

The best deals to be had, are on 19 inch models, anyhting over that, and you start dishing out to much money.

Dell had the 19 inch model selling at $329 a month ago, check out the deals, specially the back to school even if you are not a student, prices will be good this coming September if you can wait that long.
