Title: FS: iBook Graphite SE G3 366 / dead powerboard
Post by: Mac Addiction on May 22, 2006, 09:39:39 AM
Bought this from a fellow muggoer about 4 months ago, worked fine until it stopped charging. I suspect the internal power supply is kaput.

Everything else works great (no dead pixels on screen, CD-ROM works great, no missing keys, no problems with the touchpad, battery holds 2 hours and 30 min charge...)

Has 320MB of ram, 6GB HD no Airport card, Mac OS X 10.3.9

Asking $200.

I put that price up, but I have no idea how much it's worth with the existing problem, and if I should sell it for parts instead...

Anyways any sugegstions/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx!

Sounds like you need to have the "DC-in board" replaced.  It's a common problem.
