Purchased December of 2004. Perfect condition, minus the normal few scratches on outer casing. Perfect screen - no dead pixels. Machine has never failed on me - great little companion. Battery doesn't hold the same charge it used to, but it's still quite usable.

12inch LCD
G4 800mhz Processor
640Mb Ram (128 built in + 512 so-dimm)
60GB HD
Combo Drive
Airport
Running OS X 10.3.9 Panther

Forgot to mention:

Has all my apps installed (Final Cut Pro, Photoshop CS, Illustrator, BBEdit, iWork, etc). Can do a clearing of everything if desired.
