Title: User account lockout
Post by: Renta-Geek on March 05, 2006, 03:01:06 PM
Appple iBook G3 (m6497)
I believe OS 9.2...

Client given a Mac from their parents.  Changed account passwords, don't remember them.  They are locked out.
I want to hire someone to drive over and fix it..  (My problem is the following: they don't have the disks;  Neither do I).

Anyone care to take over my Mac calls?  I get aprox. 2 per month.  The pay is very decent.
With everything on my plate, I really don't care to support Macs anymore.  I would be willing to pass my few Mac calls to a Mac guru with good customer relation skills.  Email me if interested. (this one is in the Bayshore area)
