Title: Printer Fonts
Post by: randy on January 16, 2006, 01:41:01 PM
can someone tell me how to increase the printer font on a Epson 740 ?
The font is very very small, and the printer manual nor the Mac Help file tell how to increase the printed font size.

Hi Randy,
As MacMoore indicates, the typeface and size are under the control of the application you're printing from. Share the details and help will be plentiful.
all the best,
...ben

PS. I too had a faithful Epson 740i, but alas it fell prey to my experiment in saving costs by using no-name ink cartridges.

I am running Mac Office X and I can change font size by clicking on "Formatting Palette" under the "View" menu.  This opens a small window where I can change font size and other things.  Also under the "View" menu I can move the mouse over "Toolbars" then click on "Formatting" and the formatting toolbar appears above the document.  Office 2000 should be similar. Good Luck!
