At $82 Us + shipping, it still pays to buy directly from Apple Canada for $129.00 shipping included.
I am hopping to get one a lesser price, if such can be had. possibly from someone who is pied off at it, I have seen them before, well, it never hurts to dream.

I can only see Tiger retailing for $149 CDN on Apple.ca's store.
Is it possible to get it for less by using a different link on their site?
I saw it on PCCyber's website for ~$145 CDN. I don't know if it's cheaper because you join their club, or would be even cheaper IF you join their club.
MacGroup is $149 locally, Compusmart ~$150
I don't know if any other local retailer sells it for less.

The website I gave you earlier states quite clearly that the $82 USD includes shipping by air mail to Canada which today is $95.29 CAD.

I have been checking the link I have for the Canada Store, and it must have been a US price i got by misstake, when the new MacBook Pro and iMac Intel came out, because i have not seen again at $129.00.

So would this Tiger version include iLife and OS 9?
No, but neither does the one from Apple. Apple sells iLife '05 separately and it should soon be available privately as iLife '06 is out now.
Suggest that if your machine can boot OS9 you should install it first, update it to OS 9.2.2 and only then install Tiger. If you install Tiger first then you will only have Tiger and non-bootable OS9classic to which you cannot install OS9 printer drivers for your old OS9 applications.
