Mystery Presentation - simple steps to avoid scammers:

• keep software up to date - especially browsers and email clients
• use a password manager with a very strong master password (longer is better)
• make sure your email account password is super strong - it is the most common hackable point for bad hombres
• don't panic! - banks/police/CRA never demand immediate payment or action
