So, Apple gave me only one option, to delete Hard drive.
That has been done, we proceded to move thru reinstating OS X Mountain Lion, ( more specifically, sign in to download from the App Store)..I know my Apple ID but cannot remember the Password. What options have I?
Apple is saying I need to go into city to an Apple Store, and pay to have them restore my drive.
