I have a G4 Mac mini for sale. In perfect working and cosmetic condition and fully upgraded. Specs:

1.25 GHz G4
1 GB RAM
160 GB 5400 rpm disk (upgraded less than a year ago, disk under warranty)

Comes with the box (w/ original media) and the power brick. No keyboard or mouse. I can throw in a flat screen Sony CRT 19'' monitor (working fine) if the buyer wants. Want $160. Can toss in an Apple keyboard and mouse for $20 extra.
