Title: Persons, verbally out of focus
Post by: eugedunn on November 03, 2009, 07:19:47 AM
Good Morning to all, the Small the Big and the Tall
There are some movies that i sometimes download and the Speech is out of sync
I know this person whom tells me that he can line the speech to match the movements of their mouths.(He as a pc).
Is there such a way of doing this with a MAC, and if so can anyone tell me how to go about doing it.
Or is there a Software that can be used to accomplish this feat.

                   Thank you for your knowledge

Here is an elegant solution:

Mplayer and mencoder are available for OS X.

z-mac's mplayer.app suggestion sounds great. But here's one more movie player app should you need it.

If you can open your video file using the freeware VLC.app media player program, then while watching the video, each press of your 'g' key will add 50mSec of delay to the audio track. And pressing the 'f' key will remove 50mSec of delay from the audio track.

P.S. For reference, all VLC.app key mappings are listed here: VLC --> Preferences... --> Hotkeys
