This is a web-managed switch that supports Jumbo frames, VLANs, etc!
It also has 2 extra ports that you can use a GBIC to connect to other devices using for example Fibre (using the correct SFP/GBIC).
I have one of these at home and it works GREAT! If you have a NAS like the D-Link DNS-323, this is a must!
The Dell.ca website sells these for $422 plus shipping and taxes.
