Upgraded 320G HD (Western Digital - installed by Apple Certified tech to preserve warranty)
Applecare until March 17 2009 (transferrable to new owner)
Optical Drive replaced and cooling fan replaced under warranty.

Extras:
Griffin eSata Expresscard - provides 2 eSata ports for external drives (I never used it - I got the card, but never bothered to get the cable for drives - FW was enough for me).
I would prefer local to Ottawa face to face deals - to give the buyer a chance to inspect it and to allow payment.
