If you have one of the many older Mac's that has firewire but not USB 2.0, this is the way to add external storage.

The enclosure will house one or two standard 3.5" drives. It comes with a single 80GB drive installed, as well as a firewire cable and power cord. The cd in the picture is just to illustrate the compact size.
