Looking to sell my 17" Studio display (ADC adapter). Excellent condition but isn't usable with my new MacMini (DVI) and don't want to spend the $ Apple wants for the ADC/DVI adapter. Looking for $150 OBO.

How do you like your Intel Mac Mini? It's a great performer.
The current line-up of Mac computers makes the rest of the industry look sorry.
I love the Mini, got the 2gHz model w/2Gb ram and 160Gb internal. Added a Seagate Freeagent 320Gb USB2 external and bought 2 Vantec 2 USB/FW enclosueres to re-use my old hard drive and a new uninstalled Pioneer 8x DL Superdrive. I just bought the Samsung 206BW 20" widescreen LCD and it looks stunning!
Now all I have to do is to convince my better half that I really do need a wireless keyboard/mouse to clear up the cable clutter!!!!
Cheers

The Mini is a perfect combination of power and silence.
By the way, there are several of those ADC-DVI converters available on EBay.
Shhhh! Don't tell my wife!!! I have heard complaints that they run really hot though. Really I wanted a new screen with more real estate so the 20" Samsung fits the bill. If you ever tell my wife I'm in deep doo doo!
Cheers

I've always like the look of the Apple lcd display (I'm assuming it's an LCD?). Could this be made to work on a pc? I see a vga tp adc adapter costs a bundle: is that the only way? What Macs will this work on?
JM, it is an LCD and I'm not sure you could get it to work on a pc. The adapter costs a lot, that + this monitor = new DVI LCD monitor. Frankly I don't think it would be worth it for you. It works with any Mac with an ADC display output, certainly most of the G4's had that, maybe even some of the earlier G5's (not sure.)
