New 13 inch Macbook (purchased in January), complete with everything that comes with it, the box, the reciept and the warranty for 1 year (you can still extend it to 3). There's a chip on the front of the console from one incident, but otherwise she's virtually new.

How did the chip get there? Did you drop it?
Here, I uploaded a photo of the chip in the plastic. As you can see, it's right at the bottom and, actually, could probably be fixed in five seconds with some plastery stuff if it's too bothersome. I guess I'm just lazy.

No. Carried it in the wrong leather bag. It must've scraped against something during mobility, but that's how it came out. Fortunately, it's fully functional.
