1- I am still looking for an original airport card, working of course (for an older mac).
2- I am looking for 1 stick of ram, 512 mb, 144 pin SODIMM for an iBook clamshell G3, 300 mhz.
3- I am still looking for a MINT working iBook G3 clamshell blueberry color only. What I mean by mint, is no cracks, dents, or sticky stuff in or on the casing, or any dead pixels, scratches, or marks of any sort on the screen. Scratches on the exterier of the casing is fine, unless it is really scuffed out, but I'd still be willing to take a look at the ibook if it had any of the above. That is my biggest requirement, I am looking to buy from the original owner, who babied there iBook.
I am looking urgently for the iBook, and will buy locally only being Ottawa-Carleton area (I must see before I buy).

you can grab the original airport cards at " the mac group" so i have heard, had a customer call there one day they sell them for 169$ pretty costly but their hard to come by...you can also pick them up on ebay

Ive seen them at the mac group, but they over charge on everything they sell, I would use them as a LAST resort. I have seen them on ebay for a reasonable price as well.

anytime...the price is good on ebay cause they want a quick turn around time...the reason why the mac group charges so much is becuase there is a demand for the cards seing as how apple doesnt create them anymore. no i dont know if it will work but its something to look to try, the original airports used and oronco card inside of them which might work on your ibook if you can find one..the port on your book is a pcmcia card slot..but your normal card that is on the market now wont work simply because of the size...what else you can do depending on the price if you can find a old airport itself not a grey one but a which one they have the card inside that you need...
i have the card that you need in my airport myself and i got my airport 3 years ago for about 180$ which is a lil more than the cost of the card itself but you might be able to find them cheaper.....but yah..just a couple options for you. ill check tomorrow if we are able to get a line on any of the old cards monday when im at work and i will get back to you...best of luck on your hunt
ya i will probably end up getting one off ebay because the price is so right, the ram too. as for the ibook, im not going to take that chance again, unless the seller is situated in the ottawa area, and i can see it before bidding.
but let me know if you come across any for a reasonable price. i've seen them on ebay for about $85 canadian, which is the cheapest ive seen them anywhere.
