Brand new never opened. I had 5 and one failed, it has since been replaced under warranty. I have no use for the drive now though, we just purchased a file server. The drive arrived today. Asking 200.00, retails for 239.99 + tax. It can still be warrantied aswell. There should be a card in the product box. Please email me if you're interested, matt @ sixfiftytwo.ca
