I saw a base G4/733 with 256Mb RAM sell for $280 recently.  With the Superdrive, 1.1Gb RAM, and 120Gb HDD, I think the tower is worth $500 and the monitor $100  (It's a Samsung SyncMaster 191N).  I want to sell both.
