Title: looking for OS 10.3 panther on disk

I have an I mac with OS 9.2.2. I find that I should upgrade to os 10.3, but I do not have a dvd-burner. I am looking to purchase OS 10.3 panther on disk. Please help!! I am not sure of what I am doing!
