Does someone knows where can i buy a Core duo processor?
If it's just for a processor, then:
I would suggest calling any of the multiple PC vendors in the Ottawa area.
They would probably offer the best competitive prices for a chip like that.
A few of them are also Apple authorized resellers.
You can find a number of them listed at Monitor Magazine/in their magazine (free in a number of independent computer stores or other locations).

this is the link to their advertisers: (full of links)

Unless I misunderstood your question, and you're wondering where to buy the whole computer, then:
check the Ottawa Mac Stores and Services board of the Mugoo.
also: The Mac Group, and Compusmart locally...

it's only for a processor. because i want to upgrade my mini core solo for a duo
Make sure you get the right processor - your Mac Mini uses a laptop Core Duo. So you want something like a T2300 - T2700.
